Coronavirus: Swastika Mukherjee Shows Concern For Sex Workers, Question ‘Which Category They Fall In’
Thousands of sex workers have been made homeless after the outbreak of coronavirus. Many of them are not able to pay the rent of their houses as brothels are shutdown because of no customers. Sex workers in many states are forced to stay on the roads because of no living space. 

Sharing the concern for them, actress Swastika Mukherjee asks a question that why nothing is being done for the sex workers. She tweeted, “PM’s call for the nation to come together, stand united in dark times, thank caregivers. Which category do these humans fall under? Nation ? Citizens? With no food/water/money we expect them to show camaraderie lighting whatever ?! Oh sex workers need only sex to survive. My bad.” 


Sex workers condition is similar across the globe. They are finding it difficult to arrange even two square of meals and is suffering the hardships of the disease.
